Refund policy

You have 14 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to request a return for a full refund. Returns after the two weeks window will only be exchanged for store credit. After 30 days your return will not be accepted.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders returning more than five items. All sale purchases are final. 

To start a return, you can email us at orders@thepinkcrawfishshoppe.com with "Return; Order #XYZ" as the subject line. After your return is processed, you'll get an email with instructions on sending your package. The buyer will be charged for the return shipping if items were shipped for free. 

Note: Processing can take up to 24-hours.

 

Personalized items are final and cannot be returned.
