Shipping policy

If you have purchased an in-stock item, your order will leave us in up to four business days. If you have purchased an in-stock monogrammed item, please see item description for current monogram times. For pre-order shipping windows, please reference the "availability" section on the product page. 

We ship via USPS. Once it leaves us, you can expect first-class packages to add an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. If you need faster shipping, or have any specific shipping questions, email us at Caroline@thepinkcrawfishshoppe.com. 

You will automatically receive an email with a tracking confirmation when your package is scanned at the post office! 

The postal service observes national holidays and can experience longer-than-usual delays in extremely busy holiday seasons.
